  • Can I use my FSA or HSA for membership or other expenses?
Absolutely! You can use your FSA/HSA cards to cover membership fees, office visits, copays, and even supplement purchases. We accept most payment methods, including credit cards, checks, and cash, though Care Credit is not accepted.
  • Can I get reimbursed for the membership fee?
Unfortunately, membership fees are out-of-pocket and not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
  • Do Medicare patients need to enroll in a membership?
No need to enroll in a membership if you have Medicare. We’ll bill Medicare directly for your visits.
  • Is blood work covered by insurance?
To find out which labs are covered by your insurance, call the member service number on your insurance card to see if they prefer Quest, LabCorp, or another lab. For detailed coverage information, chat with your insurance representative.
  • Do you accept Medicare Advantage plans?
We do not accept Medicare Advantage plans, but if Medicare is your primary coverage and you have secondary insurance, we do accept that.
  • How do I cancel my membership?
If you need to cancel, reach out to our Patient Care Coordinator at (321) 806-7436 or drop a message through your Elation Patient Portal. Memberships are non-refundable, but you’ll enjoy full access to our services for the entire 12-month period.
  • Can I switch my doctor during my membership?
While we encourage sticking with the same provider for continuity, we understand that comfort and trust are key. If you have any concerns, get in touch with our Patient Care Coordinator at patientcare@rh-md.com.
  • Is Dr. Hunton accepting new patients?
For info about Dr. Hunton’s membership, give us a call at (321) 806-7436.
  • Can Radiantly Healthy MD be my primary care provider?
Absolutely! We can be your primary care provider. However, for urgent or acute care, we recommend having an additional primary care provider since our schedules can be booked weeks in advance.
  • Does Radiantly Healthy MD prescribe medications?
Yes, our providers are fully licensed to prescribe medications and have rigorous training from medical, physician assistant, or nursing schools. While we’re equipped to prescribe, when necessary, we aim to minimize medication use and focus on natural solutions whenever possible.
  • What types of advanced testing does Radiantly Healthy MD offer?
Get ready for a comprehensive look at your health with both standard blood work and advanced specialty testing! After your initial consultation, your doctor may recommend a personalized testing plan that could include: - Blood Work: Dive into your essential nutrients, thyroid function, cardiovascular health, metabolism, inflammatory markers, hormones, and more. - Specialty Testing: Explore specific health areas with tests like gut microbiome analysis, digestive function, hormone evaluations, food sensitivity, and metabolism assessments.
  • When should I complete my blood work or advanced testing?
To get the most accurate results, we recommend completing your blood work and specialty tests 3 to 4 weeks before your follow-up appointment. This timing helps avoid delays as some labs may take longer to process.
  • Are blood work and specialty testing included in my membership?
Specialty testing is included with memberships for Dr. Hunton and Lisa Johnson. For other memberships or self-pay patients, specialty tests are billed separately.
